Senior Software Engineer

Platform Development: Design, code, and deploy robust solutions on the Force.com platform using Apex, LWC, and SOQL.

CinoSystem to streamline commercial lending processes.

Quality Assurance: Maintain high code quality through rigorous Unit Testing and code reviews, ensuring a minimum of 75% coverage.

System Integration: Architect and manage integrations between Salesforce/ and complex external business systems.

Innovation: Explore and implement Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions to automate workflows and enhance decision-making within the lending lifecycle.

Agile Collaboration: Participate in all phases of the SCRUM lifecycle, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

AI Exposure: (Preferred) Experience or strong familiarity with Agentic AI frameworks and Gen AI integration within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills; ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Organizational Prowess: Strong ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment and manage individual project timelines effectively.
