Key Responsibilities

Performance Testing & Scripting

Design and execute complex performance test scenarios (Load, Stress, Endurance, and Scalability).

Develop highly robust scripts using LoadRunner VuGen (C, Web HTTP/HTML, Web Services protocols).

• Conduct deep-dive analysis of performance bottlenecks across the application stack (Web, App, and DB tiers).

DevOps & CI/CD Integration:

Build and maintain Enterprise Performance Testing Frameworks that trigger automatically within the Jenkins pipeline.

Implement lightweight, cloud-native performance tools (e.g., k6, JMeter) to support rapid development cycles.

• Manage test code and configurations using GitHub and automate deployment via Deploy.

Ecosystem Management:

Integrate performance gates into the CI/CD lifecycle using Maven, Artifactory, and SonarQube to ensure code quality and performance standards.

• Collaborate with the "System Operations" team to correlate performance test results with production incident data for better capacity planning.

Incident & Risk Mitigation:

Use performance data to identify potential production Risks and Controls before deployment.

Assist in the Incident Management process by simulating production failures in a controlled environment to find root causes.

6 years of hands-on experience in Performance Engineering with a strong emphasis on production-like environments.

Proven experience migrating legacy testing suites to Cloud-based or Open Source frameworks.

Strong background in C or Java for advanced Vu Gen scripting.
