Product Vision & Strategy
Roadmap Ownership: Define and communicate the long-term vision for the IAM platform, covering Authentication (SSO/MFA), Authorization (RBAC/ABAC), and Identity Governance (IGA).
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with Security, Compliance, HR, and IT Ops to gather requirements and ensure the IAM solution meets regulatory (GDPR, SOX) and business needs.
Value Definition: Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as "Time to Access," "Orphaned Account Reduction," and "MFA Adoption Rates."
2. Agile Leadership
Backlog Management: Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog. Write clear, actionable User Stories with well-defined Acceptance Criteria.
Sprint Participation: Lead Sprint Planning, participate in Daily Stand-ups, and conduct Sprint Reviews to demonstrate new functionality to stakeholders.
Continuous Discovery: Work closely with the engineering team to conduct technical spikes and research to ensure the feasibility of proposed IAM features.
3. IAM Domain Expertise
Access Lifecycle: Oversee the automation of joiner, mover, and leaver (JML) processes to ensure secure and efficient user lifecycle management.
Modern Auth: Drive the adoption of modern protocols like OIDC, OAuth2, and SAML.
Privileged Access: Support the implementation of PAM (Privileged Access Management) strategies to protect high-value administrative accounts.
