Senior Product Manager
Locations: Bangalore, Hyderabad
Requirements:
8+ years of proven HR experience working as a functional lead and experienced systems analyst for major projects.
Strong experience with core HR processes and supporting cross functional technology platforms.
6+ years of experience with Workday functional modules such as Compensation, Advanced Compensation with hands on experience implementing these modules. Should have hands on experience supporting Annual Compensation cycles for merit and bonus plans.
Besides Compensation, they should also have some level of experience supporting Benefits modules including integrations with third party vendors.
Experience with Reports to create advanced reports in the functional areas is required.
Understanding of security configurations for the functional modules is required.
Experience with other functional modules such as Time & Absence will be an advantage.
Experience with ServiceNow or similar cloud application.
Ability to analyze and document complex business processes.
Experience documenting process and system flowcharts is required.
Experience facilitating, supporting and ensuring traceability with requirements exists during testing phases (SIT, UAT, etc.); experience using testing tools a plus.
A "get-it-done" attitude; ability to juggle multiple high priority tasks quickly.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Bachelor’s Degree required.
Certifications a plus in cloud technology applications (Workday, AWS, ServiceNOW, etc.).
Responsibilities
The Senior product owner will be Functional subject matter expert {SME} in Workday Compensation, Advanced Compensation and Benefits modules. The product owner should possess technical solutions capabilities and systems/software expertise to support both US/ex-US countries, who can perform product design, technical solutions, work with technical teams including boundary systems, as further detailed below.
System-specific and implementation knowledge. This includes but is not limited to product design, implementing solutions.
Partner on building the product roadmaps and serve as a Workday product owner and subject matter expert with primary focus on Total Rewards [ Workday Compensation, Advanced Compensation], Benefits and Time Tracking and Absence.
Should possess knowledge of Workday system integrates with third party vendors providing Benefit solutions.
Ensure proper requirements are gathered, documented and clearly state the needs of the business.
