Senior Legal Counsel - Procurement Contract

• A minimum of 8-10 years’ relevant experience with a Tier‑1/Tier‑2 law firm and/or in‑house experience at a multinational organization is required.

• Proven track record drafting and negotiating complex, high‑value supplier agreements, including cross‑border/EMEA contracts

• Strong Procurement experience across multiple categories (services, IT, manufacturing, indirect spend, third-party vendors), dealing with high value agreements, is a core requirement for this role.

• Strong drafting and redlining skills; comfortable with complex commercial terms (liability caps, service levels, IP, data protection, indemnities).

Secondary Skills

• Excellent teamwork, relationship management, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

• Language skills: excellent English (both written and spoken), including for legal drafting.

• Sense of urgency and proven ability to prioritize to meet business demands and timelines.

• The contractor must be located in Mumbai, India, and be available to attend meetings scheduled in EMEA time zones.
