Job Description – Senior Institutional Investment Operations Representative

About This Role

The Senior Institutional Investment Operations Representative is responsible for supporting complex institutional trade operations and ensuring accurate and efficient processing of investment transactions within a controlled operational environment.

In This Role, You Will

• Perform a variety of operational tasks for complex institutional trades and leverage system expertise

• Identify and propose process improvements and efficiency enhancements

• Handle moderately complex duties including transaction processing, issue research, and reconciliation activities

• Review time-sensitive operational and financial documents

• Provide guidance and support to less experienced team members

• Support audit requirements and ensure compliance within operational processes

• Address compliance and governance requirements for the department

• Participate in and/or lead operational projects and initiatives

• Collaborate with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve objectives

• Interact with internal and external stakeholders as per defined processes

• Identify opportunities for process re-engineering and operational transformation

• Exercise independent judgment while developing understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Institutional Investment Operations support

• OR equivalent experience through work, training, military experience, or education
