In this role, you will:

  • Lead or participate in high level technical concepts spanning technology and business

  • Develop specifications for complex infrastructure systems, design and test solutions

  • Contribute to the testing of business, application and technical infrastructure requirements

  • Drive solutions to reduce recovery

  • Review and analyze solutions for cloud security, secrets management and key rotations

  • Design, code, test, debug and document programs using Agile development practices

  • Design complex system upgrades

  • Resolve troublesome trends as they develop

  • Develop a long range plan designed to resolve problems and prevent them from recurring

  • Direct the daily risk and control flow of operations, focusing on policies, procedures and work standards to ensure success

  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in Server Provisioning and Server Administration across physical and virtual platforms.

  • Proficiency in Linux and Windows Administration, including troubleshooting and lifecycle management.

  • Exposure to VMware ESXi environments, including virtual machine provisioning and basic host‑level operations.

  • Experience with automation and scripting, using BASH and PowerShell.

  • Hands‑on expertise with Infrastructure‑as‑Code (IaC) tools, preferably Ansible, with a focus on provisioning automation.

  • Solid understanding of infrastructure and system architecture, including scalability and resiliency principles.

  • Experience supporting Converged Infrastructure platforms in enterprise environments.

  • Ability to reduce server delivery timelines through standardization and automation.

  • Experience engaging vendors for hardware, OS, and infrastructure issue resolution.

  • Strong documentation skills, including build procedures, runbooks, and operational guidelines.

  • Familiarity with enterprise security, access controls, and compliance standards related to server provisioning.

Job Expectations:

  • Lead or participate in end‑to‑end server provisioning, including build, configuration, validation, and production onboarding across Linux and Windows platforms.

  • Own the server delivery lifecycle, from initial request through deployment, handoff, and operational readiness.

  • Demonstrate strong proficiency in Infrastructure‑as‑Code tools, particularly Ansible, to design and implement automation that replaces manual and repetitive server configuration tasks..

  • Support server provisioning in virtualized environments, with hands‑on exposure to VMware ESXi‑based platforms.

  • Operate and support Converged Infrastructure environments, ensuring standardized and repeatable server builds.

  • Apply strong understanding of infrastructure architecture to design scalable, resilient, and compliant server solutions.

  • Perform Linux and Windows administration, including OS configuration, hardening, patching, and troubleshooting.

  • Collaborate with network, security, storage, and application teams to ensure on‑time server provisioning and delivery.

  • Work with vendors and internal teams to resolve infrastructure, server, and OS‑level issues impacting provisioning timelines.

  • Lead technical deliverables while adhering to process controls, enterprise standards, and compliance requirements.

  • Develop and maintain provisioning workflows, automation artifacts, SOPs, and runbooks to improve operational maturity.
