We are seeking an experienced Securities Operations Associate to join our operational team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will manage day-to-day transaction reconciliations, execute client onboarding and account maintenance (KYC), and ensure full compliance with regulatory reporting standards.

• Perform daily trade, transaction, and position reconciliations and resolve trade breaks.

• Manage end-to-end client onboarding, periodic KYC reviews, and static account maintenance.

• Prepare and support regulatory compliance reporting and exception management.

• Utilize Advanced Excel and automation tools to optimize workflow efficiency.

• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in Securities Operations, Wealth Management, or Investment Banking Operations.

• Core Skills: Strong background in Reconciliations, Account Maintenance / KYC, and Regulatory Reporting.

• Technical Skills: Advanced Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros). Exposure to Alteryx or process automation tools is a strong plus.
