SAP SD Manager - TechOps

Locations: Kochi, Coimbatore, Kolkata, Trivandrum

We are seeking an SAP SD Manager to join our global team. In this role, you will lead the enhancement of sales and distribution processes, overseeing the full Order-to-Cash (OTC) cycle and ensuring seamless integration across SAP components. You will drive initiatives using ECC 6.0, S/4HANA aATP, and Global Trade Services (GTS) to ensure operational stability and innovation for Fortune 500 clients.

• Application Management: Provide L2/L3 support for SAP SD, managing incidents, service requests, and problem resolution with minimal disruption.

• Process Optimization: Lead the design and implementation of efficient OTC workflows, including Pricing, Contracts, and Logistics Execution.

• Technical Leadership: Resolve complex technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and oversee change management for new business requirements.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (onsite/offshore) to align SAP designs with business needs.

• Mentorship: Guide junior team members, sharing best practices in troubleshooting and system configuration.

• Operational Continuity: Participate in on-call rotations and shifts to ensure 24/7 reliability of critical systems.

Experience & Education:

• 10+ years of SAP SD experience, preferably with global clients.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Core Competencies:

• SD & OTC Mastery: Deep knowledge of Inquiries, Quotations, Sales Orders, Picking/Packing, Shipping, and Billing.

• aATP Expertise: Proven experience configuring S/4HANA Advanced Available-to-Promise.

• Integration Skills: Strong understanding of Vistex, PP/MRP, IBP/APO, and Transportation Management (TM).

• GTS Knowledge: Experience implementing Global Trade Services for compliance.
