SAP CPI Staff TechOps
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Integration Specialist to join our global Application Management team. In this role, you will focus on Level 2 support, troubleshooting, and enhancing SAP CPI, PI, and PO environments. You will be instrumental in ensuring seamless connectivity between SAP and non-SAP systems while collaborating with multi-regional teams to maintain critical business operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesApplication Management: Provide day-to-day Level 2 support for SAP applications, including incident management, service requests, and enhancement requests.
Technical Troubleshooting: Resolve issues related to SAP CPI/PI/PO developments, customizations, and system performance.
Integration Development: Translate functional requirements from consultants into technical solutions; perform debugging and testing of integration objects.
Implementation Support: Assist in system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployments.
Documentation: Create and maintain technical specifications, functional designs, and implementation details for knowledge sharing.
Process Improvement: Suggest enhancements to operational procedures and stay updated on SAP best practices and emerging integration technologies.
Operational Flexibility: Participate in on-call rotations and work shifts as required to support a global, 24/7 business environment.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field (Computer Science, Engineering, etc.) or equivalent professional experience.
Core Experience: * Minimum 1 year of experience in SAP CPI/PI/PO development with a specific focus on Level 2 support.
1 to 3 years of experience leading integration design and implementation in at least two full-cycle SAP projects or roll-outs.
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SAP PI/PO/CPI Design, Configuration, and Administration.
Hands-on knowledge of Java, XSLT Mapping, Java mapping, and Groovy Scripts.
Expertise in adapters: IDOC, RFC, JDBC, File, ABAP Proxy, SOAP, HTTP, REST, SFTP, and SuccessFactors.
Familiarity with SAP Cloud Platform services (CPI-DS, SDI, Open Connectors, Persistence).
Knowledge of SAP BPM/BRM (Design, Build, and Monitoring).
