Formulation & Bench Benchmarking

• Design, execute, and record laboratory trials for skincare and personal care products, focusing on creams, lotions, and cleansers.

• Develop stable laboratory prototypes, evaluating physical characteristics (pH, viscosity, texture, appearance, and emulsion stability).

• Perform benchtop benchmarking against competitor products and internal standards.

GLP & GxP Compliance

• Maintain strict compliance with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP), Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), and internal safety protocols.

• Generate contemporaneous, traceable, and audit-ready GxP documentation (including lab logbooks, batch manufacturing records, and SOP compliance).

• Ensure proper handling, inventory management, and expiration tracking of cosmetic raw materials and chemical reagents.

Data Analysis & Technical Reporting

• Collect, compile, and analyze experimental data generated during formulation trials and stability testing.

• Prepare clear, concise technical reports, data sets, and PowerPoint presentations for cross-functional project reviews.

• Use MS Excel for raw data processing, graph plotting, and statistical assessment of formula parameters.

Cross-Functional & Team Collaboration

• Work alongside packaging, analytical, quality assurance, and scale-up teams to support smooth transition from lab-scale prototypes to pilot production.

• Identify technical risks in formula design early and suggest formulation tweaks or troubleshooting paths.

• Actively participate in routine technical project meetings and present experimental findings in English.
