Quality Associate

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Quality Associate to support and execute Commercial

Quality separation activities for the DepuySynthes business unit across the APAC region ,

including deployment of the OneASL automated supplier management system and

executing India QMS deliverables

This 12month assignment will support the execution of separation workstreams to ensure

compliant, timely and lowrisk transition of commercial quality systems, processes and

controls in the local India Commercial Quality team.

The role will work crossfunctionally with Quality, Regulatory, Commercial Operations, IT,

Legal, HR and Supply Chain stakeholders and will report to the Senior Manager,

Commercial Quality India.

Key responsibilities

Separation Process

 Execute QMS related separation activities including quality systems, SOPs, change

control, training, systems separation/migration, labelling/packaging compliance, and

vendor transitions.

 Contribute to readiness assessments and gap analyses for Quality Management

System elements specific to commercial operations in India (e.g., complaints

handling, CAPA, deviation management, document control).

 Partner with global QS and CQ stakeholders to support system change activities and

user acceptance testing (UAT) for commercial quality and related IT systems

(including data migration plans where required).

 Ensure draft/updated SOPs, work instructions, and training materials are developed,

reviewed and approved in line with project timelines.

 Support training rollout and change management activities for impacted user groups

across APAC.

 Support the end-to-end deployment of the OneASL Approved Supplier Management

system for Commercial Quality across APAC.

 Gather, compile, and organize supplier and quality-related data from local markets

and relevant stakeholders in line with project requirements.

 Review source data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency prior to migration .

 Assist on Local QMS related activities as part of separation.

OneASL Deployment

 Support the end-to-end deployment of the OneASL Approved Supplier Management

system for Commercial Quality in India.

 Gather, compile, and organize supplier and quality-related data from local market and

relevant stakeholders in line with project requirements.

 Review source data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency prior to migration

into OneASL.

 Coordinate and execute data migration activities in accordance with defined

timelines, templates, and governance requirements.

 Perform system checks and post-migration verification to confirm data integrity,

accuracy, and readiness for use.

 Identify, track, and help resolve data discrepancies, gaps, and migration issues with

appropriate stakeholders.

 Support user testing and validation activities to ensure the system and migrated data

meet business and quality expectations.
