SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY / PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

Order Entry, Quotation, Invoice submission and Enquiry in SAP

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

The purpose of this position is to provide support to both internal and external customers, orders and quotations, Invoice submission and other O2C(Order to Cash) activities.

2+ years of experience in Order Management(O2C)

SAP Knowledge – Order Entry, Quotation, Invoice submission and Enquiry

Hands on experience on SFDC – Sales Force

Hands on experience on Microsoft Excel

Excellent customer service skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Ability to work in a fast paced, high-pressure environment

Proven time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions

Should be able to handle Order management process end to end

Meeting the SLA and TAT as per the agreed guidelines with the STAKEHOLDERS

Accountable for meeting and maintaining defined standards for quality and productivity

Ensure that internal and external customer's requirements are met on timely basis

Consistently Achieving HOURLY and DAILY targets
