Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage MuleSoft service delivery projects, ensuring successful design, development, and implementation.

  • Design integration solutions based on source and destination system requirements using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.

  • Oversee API design and development, applying API-led connectivity methodology.

  • Implement multiple connectors and integration patterns, handling various message formats.

  • Manage code version control using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub, and Azure DevOps.

  • Lead proposal activities including estimation and staffing.

  • Mentor, guide, and manage project teams and collaborate directly with customer teams.

  • Apply expertise in MuleSoft Anypoint Studio, Runtime Manager, RAML, YAML, batch jobs, data transformations using DataWeave, flow controls, error handling, and security implementation (OAuth).

  • Ensure adherence to best practices and deployment models.

  • Stay updated on emerging technologies including Generative AI, AI agents, and MuleSoft’s latest AI advancements.

  • Utilize knowledge of other middleware platforms to enhance integration solutions.

 

Skills and attributes for success

Ideally, you’ll also

  • Have experience designing and working on at least three middleware engagements using different technologies.

  • Be well-versed in web service fundamentals (HTTP/HTTPS) and have strong knowledge in SOAP and REST service design and implementation.

  • Possess expertise in XML and related technologies such as XSLT, XSD, WSDL, XPath, and JSON message formats.

  • Demonstrate strong understanding of integration patterns including file, batch, real-time, and JMS messaging.

   

What we look for

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in service delivery projects with at least 5 years of hands-on MuleSoft design and development experience.

  • Deep knowledge of MuleSoft architecture, error handling, and data reprocessing mechanisms.

  • Proven ability to manage proposals, including estimation and staffing.

  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring teams.

  • Mandatory possession of one or more Architect Level MuleSoft certifications.

  • Ability to work effectively in dynamic environments and deliver high-quality integration solutions.

  • Possession of one or more Architect Level certifications is mandatory, including:

    • MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect - Level 1 (required)

    • MuleSoft Certified Platform Architect - Level 1 (preferred)

    • MuleSoft Certified Catalyst Specialist (preferred)

  • Holding one or more developer certifications is highly desirable, such as:

    • MuleSoft Certified Developer - Level 1 (required)

    • MuleSoft Certified Developer - Level 2 (preferred)
