Medallia Developer
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Medallia Developer to join our dynamic CX Program
Implementation Team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about elevating
customer experiences through technology, survey design, system integration, and
advanced reporting. You will be responsible for building and optimizing Medallia
surveys, ensuring seamless data flows, building analytical themes for sentiment
analysis with Text analytics out of the responses received form HCPs/survey takers
and collaborating with global stakeholders to deliver high-impact customer
experience and analytical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Medallia Configuration & Development
Configure and develop Medallia surveys and reporting solutions based on
business requirements.
Build new dashboard and enhancements to existing reports including Text
analytics
Ad-hoc surveys development and “Ask now survey” development
Perform impact analysis by reviewing file inflows and understanding
downstream effects on existing programs.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with business teams, stakeholders, country leads and
crosscountry partners for requirement gathering and signoffs.
Support end-to-end survey lifecycle including design, distribution, and user
access management.
Role & Permission Management
Implement new roles within Medallia and align role hierarchies with
organizational structures.
Documentation & Governance
Maintain comprehensive technical specifications and documentation for all
developed components.
System Integration & Data Management
Integrate Medallia with platforms such as Snowflake and ensure reliable data
movement.
Troubleshoot issues and build robust reporting modules within the Medallia
ecosystem.
Alerts & Rapid Response
Set up and configure alerts, templates, and rapid response mechanisms to
support real-time customer insights.
Required Qualifications
2+ years of hands-on experience in Medallia implementation for enterprise
customers.
Medallia Certification (Admin suite level or above).
Strong experience in business process documentation, requirement
elicitation, and stakeholder collaboration.
Proficiency in data manipulation (ETL), analytics, and ability to prepare
datadriven PowerPoint presentations.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience working with ETL tools or BI platforms.
Exposure to pharma domain and field data analytics.
