Marketing Associate
Job Tittle : Marketing Associate
Overview: We’re seeking a results-driven Marketing Associate with 1–3 years of
experience in marketing communications and digital marketing. The ideal candidate will
support regional and global marketing activities, manage content and data workflows,
leverage AI tools for digital marketing tactics, and collaborate across platforms to drive
efficient marketing operations.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing communications and digital marketing support
o Assist with campaigns, content publishing, and digital assets across
channels
o Support regional marketing activities and local execution
Data export, cleaning, and analysis
o Export tabular data from systems (e.g., SFDC/CRM) and perform basic
data analysis
o Clean and normalize SFDC contact data; identify and resolve duplicates
and inconsistencies
Salesforce (SFDC) data handling
o Export contact data as required; update leads and campaigns; assist with
lead qualification
o Maintain data quality and adhere to data governance guidelines
Lead management and testing
o Support test-and-learn projects, including LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms
o Update and enrich leads in SFDC based on campaign outcomes
AI tools utilization for digital marketing
o Apply AI/ML-assisted insights for campaign optimization (audience
segmentation, copy generation, creative testing, performance forecasting)
o Use AI-powered analytics and automation tools to improve efficiency (e.g.,
content personalization, ad copy generation, predictive analytics)
Ad hoc projects
o Provide analytical support, ad hoc reporting, and operational
enhancements as needed
Required Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in marketing communications or digital marketing
Familiarity with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce SFDC) and data
export/cleanup
Strong data literacy: ability to export, clean, and analyze tabular data
Experience with translation/content workflows is a plus
Excellent organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and deadlines
Proficient in MS Office and data visualization basics (e.g., Excel/Sheets, basic
dashboards)
Nice-to-Have
Experience supporting regional/sector-specific marketing activities
Basic knowledge of marketing automation concepts
Familiarity with marketing analytics and ad hoc reporting
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or
equivalent experience)
