Overview
Role SummaryWe are looking for an experienced professional to support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of AI and capability-building initiatives across the organization.
The individual will work with business stakeholders to understand capability requirements and translate them into scalable learning solutions, learning journeys, and skills development programs. The role will also support learning technology platforms including Cornerstone and initiatives related to Microsoft Copilot and emerging AI technologies.
Key ResponsibilitiesGather and analyze business capability and learning requirements.
Design learning journeys, capability frameworks, skills programs, and development pathways.
Support AI adoption and capability-building initiatives related to Microsoft Copilot, Agentic AI, AI Agents, Copilot Studio, and MCP.
Configure and manage learning programs within Cornerstone LMS.
Collaborate with stakeholders, SMEs, vendors, and global teams to drive program execution.
Monitor learning effectiveness, adoption metrics, and program impact.
Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and stakeholder communications.
5-8 years of experience in Learning & Development, Capability Building, Talent Development, or Learning Technology.
Hands-on experience with Cornerstone LMS or similar learning platforms.
Strong requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and program design skills.
Experience designing enterprise learning programs and capability frameworks.
Good understanding of Generative AI, Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Agentic AI, AI Agents, and related technologies.
Excellent communication, consulting, and project management skills.
