Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Software Engineer to manage our Identity and Access Management (IAM) operations. In this role, you will lead the operational, technical, and process-driven aspects of IAM, ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient access for our employees and systems. You will combine deep technical IAM expertise with leadership skills to oversee access workflows, resolve complex incidents, and drive automation, working closely with Security, IT, and Application teams.

Key Responsibilities

• IAM Operations Leadership: Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for IAM operations, guiding a team to maintain stable, compliant, and secure identity systems.

• Lifecycle Management: Oversee end-to-end user lifecycle management (joiner/mover/leaver) and access modifications across all systems.

• Process & Workflow Automation: Use Agile methodologies and Jira to manage and streamline IAM ticketing, change management, and service requests.

• Technical Troubleshooting: Provide L3 support to resolve complex IAM issues and incidents promptly, performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

• Reporting & Analytics: Utilize MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI to create detailed reports on IAM metrics, service availability (SLAs), and audit findings for senior leadership.

• Policy & Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal security policies through automated access reviews and auditing.

• Collaboration: Coordinate with application owners, IT Security, and HR to integrate new applications and improve existing IAM processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).

• Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of IAM concepts such as Active Directory, SSO, OAuth, SAML, and MFA.

• Workflow Tools: Expert-level experience in Agile, Scrum, or Jira for ticketing and workflow management.

• Data Reporting: Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and data visualization tools, specifically Power BI or Tableau.

• Leadership: Proven ability to lead projects, guide technical teams, and liaise with stakeholders.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with PAM tools (e.g., CyberArk, Hashicorp) or IGA tools (e.g., SailPoint).

• Experience in scripting for automation (e.g., PowerShell)
