Java backend Developer ( 5+ Years)

Responsibilities

 Develop high-quality, production-ready code with comprehensive testing.

 Design scalable and maintainable applications using modern architectural principles.

 Conduct performance and scalability testing using advanced tools.

 Automate CI/CD pipelines for seamless integration and deployment across environments.

 Collaborate with QA teams to ensure applications meet technical and functional

requirements.

 Support and manage the deployment of new software releases.

 Diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks in both development and production

environments.

 Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues, particularly in Big Data ecosystems.

 Design and implement monitoring and alerting solutions with meaningful metrics.

 Debug and resolve intricate coding issues across interconnected components.

 Identify and address Linux platform issues impacting system performance.

 Participate in an on-call rotation to ensure system reliability. Requirements

 Proficiency in:

Programming Languages: Java, C/C++

Frameworks: Spring Boot

Databases: PostgreSQL, YugabyteDB

Automation Tools: Gradle

Operating Systems: Linux, Shell Scripting

 Strong expertise in multi-threaded applications, parallel processing, and concurrency concepts.

 Hands-on experience with Linux and cloud-native systems in a DevOps environment.

 Proven skills in performance tuning and testing.

 Familiarity with messaging technologies such as JSON and REST APIs.

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 Experience creating technical documentation, including system admin guides, installation

guides, and troubleshooting manuals.
