Job Title : ISCO Controller


Your Role: As a member of the Global Supply Chain and Distribution Controlling

team, the position holder provides financial Party Finished Goods team within

Life Science.

With regard to supporting the 3rd Party Finished Goods, the position holder will

Be the primary point of contact and business partner

Work towards establishing full financial visibility to the performance of 3rd

Party Finished Goods team which is globally active, collating information

from diverse information sources and ERPs, and leveraging wherever

possible existing systems.

Establish a regular cost center reporting and specific metrics aimed at

measuring performance including IPV/PPV and CCV impacts.

Lead reviews of operating expenses and CAPEX with the business

partner

Participate actively in cost roll process, overheads calculation and master

data cleaning

With regard to supporting the Distribution activities in India and Korea & Japan

countries, the position holder will

Be the business partner for the local distribution teams, providing financial

support and analysis.

This person will provide summarized and actionable financial information

to the Supply Chain and Distribution controller responsible .

On a regular basis the position holder will:

Perform Cost center tracking, measuring and providing insights on

variances in all areas including labor, expenses, and identifying the drivers

of these variances, such as volume and spending

Monitor headcount including FTE, HC, temps, internships and provide

appropriate summarized reports to business partners and to the

controlling team

Lead reviews of operating expenses and CAPEX with the business

partner

Be the sparring partner for business partners in terms of improvement

projects.

The position holder will also issue periodic KPI reports and cost centre

reports for the local business partners.

The position holder will be highly involved in accounting period close activities,

leveraging data from the ERP systems for financial reporting purposes.

Additionally the position holder will be responsible for coordinating Planning and

forecasting activities for this area of responsibility.

As a member of the Global Supply Chain and Distribution controlling team, the

position holder will participate in global topics as appropriate, being an active and

constructive member of the Global team.

Your role: As an Operation Controller, you support the achievement of financial

targets for APAC manufacturing and provide day to day financial support to

manufacturing site leads. This includes playing an active role in Forecasting,

planning, Actual to Budget analysis and providing insights into financial health of

operations.

In addition, you will take lead in standard costing process typically performed

once per year. You will also be involved in month end closing, supporting capex

forecast as well as involved in project monitoring.

As part of the role, you will interact with Finance, Operations, Commercial and

Operations controllers.

Who you are:

University degree in Economics / Finance / Financial or Management

Accounting

Outstanding financial analysis skills

Strong business analysis, financial planning and reporting skills that

generate business insights that add measurable value

Background in Corporate or Business Controlling,

Affinity and excitement for our Life Science business

Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to deal with different

stakeholders

Proven track record to work in a matrix organization

Excellent written and oral communication skills (in English)

Attitude to work characterized by drive, passion, customer focus, and

openness
