Institutional Investment Operations Specialist in FX Operations
We are seeking an experienced Investment Banking Operations Specialist with expertise in FX Settlements and Cash Management. In this role, you will lead daily operational workflows, drive process automation, and collaborate across teams to resolve complex trading and operational challenges.
Key ResponsibilitiesCore Operations: Oversee FX settlements, cash payments monitoring, funding operations, custodial services, and general ledger reconciliations.
Problem Resolution: Resolve complex ISDA, confirmation, and trade-related issues using independent judgment and domain expertise.
Continuous Improvement & AI: Drive process automation, operational excellence, and innovation initiatives, incorporating basic AI concepts to optimize workflows.
Project & Stakeholder Management: Provide subject matter expertise on transformation initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
Data Storytelling: Translate complex operational data into actionable business insights and present recommendations to leadership.
Experience: 8+ years of experience in Investment Banking Operations, with a strong focus on FX Settlements and Cash Management.
Education: Graduate degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or Business Administration (preferred).
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint; basic exposure to AI tools/concepts.
