Institutional Client Reporting Analyst
The Client Reporting Analyst plays a critical role in supporting institutional clients by delivering accurate and timely reporting. The role involves preparing and distributing monthly and quarterly client reporting packages, maintaining data integrity between accounting and reporting systems, and supporting fixed income portfolio analytics.
Business & Functional SupportThe role primarily supports the institutional business, with limited exposure to retail and private wealth clients. Responsibilities include creating client reports and collaborating with internal teams such as Portfolio Management, Client Relations, and Fund Administration.
Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and review customized client reports on a monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc basis
Reconcile data between internal accounting and reporting platforms
Perform data analysis and quality control for ongoing projects and process enhancements
Respond to ad-hoc requests, resolve issues, and address queries from stakeholders
Update and maintain process documentation
Contribute to client reporting–related projects and initiatives

Exposure to system migration, process optimization, and modernization initiatives
Involvement in improving efficiency and risk mitigation
Exposure to equity and fixed income portfolio analytics and client reporting
Hands-on experience across fixed income, equity, and derivative instruments
Learning advanced performance attribution methodologies
Development of time management and multitasking skills
Enhanced communication through cross-functional collaboration
Deep exposure to fixed income reporting and complex client requirements
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in business, finance, or related field)
Minimum 2+ years of experience in financial analysis or related roles
Prior experience or internships in financial services
Experience in a corporate environment preferred
Understanding of multiple asset classes and portfolio construction
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (mandatory)
Knowledge of Python and macros (preferred)
High attention to detail and data accuracy
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to adapt to change with a positive mindset
Self-motivated with the ability to meet deadlines independently
Analyst-level profiles with capital markets background
Strong Excel skills (mandatory)
Exposure to client reporting / financial analysis / portfolio data
