Job Description
Role: Finance Analyst – POC (Point of Care)
Location: Bengaluru
Budget: 8-12 LPA
Hybrid Role : 3DWFO, 2DWFH
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Finance Business Partnering
Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams on key finance initiatives
Provide actionable insights on revenue trends, pricing, and installed base (IB) utilization
Support finance leadership in periodic business reviews
2. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
Assist in annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning
Perform variance analysis (Price / Volume / Mix) to identify key business drivers
Prepare MIS dashboards, and performance analytics
3. Deal Evaluation & Governance (OTO)
Evaluate commercial deals ensuring margin compliance and risk mitigation
Operate and manage DXQB (deal evaluation tool) for all POC deals
Act as custodian of authorization letters for POC business partners
Oversee execution of agreements in case of direct deals
Ensure proper documentation for offers, quotations, and deal approvals
4. Digital & Analytics Enablement
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and analytical tools
Drive data standardization, automation, and reporting efficiency
Enable real-time visibility of business performance through insights and analytics

5. Commercial Excellence & Strategy
Support execution of pricing strategies, discount governance, and margin optimization initiatives
Track and monitor commercial KPIs (profitability, realization, etc.)
Lead secondary sales data collection and quarterly performance analysis

Key Qualifications & Experience
MBA (Finance) / CA Inter
1–3 years of experience in FP&A / Business Finance / Commercial Finance
Prior experience in healthcare / manufacturing / B2B environment preferred

Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
Advanced Excel and Power BI capabilities
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a dynamic environment
