Detailed Job Description:-

For Admin –a) Onboarding:Responsible for preparing and issuing employment contracts for both internal and external hires as part of the end‑to‑end onboarding process.b) Offboarding:Execute the complete offboarding process in Workday and the payroll platform, with a strong ability to understand and follow process steps logically.c) Employee Life Cycle Management:Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date employee information within HR systems. Respond to employee and queries promptly through HR service platforms.d) Data Confidentiality:Ensure strict confidentiality and uphold data integrity at all times.

Top three/ five skillCs you’re looking in profiles:- 

a) 1-2 years of relevant experience in HR operations or shared services (H2R/ELC preferred)b) Strong understanding of HR operational processes and employee lifecycle activities.c) Experience with HRIS systems (e.g. Workday / HRX / Peoplecenter etc)d) Should have good communication skillse) High attention to detail and accuracy
