Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Tender pricing, documentation, and approvals

- End to end Third party Intermediary (TPI/Dealers) Management

- Contract workforce Management

- Digital solutions implementation

- Overseeing Secondary Sales compilation and incentives payments

- Due diligence and compliance of all commercial processes and handling different

audits for the same.

 Commercial Operations

 TPI management in terms of appointment, network optimization, training, onboarding,

performance monitoring, relationship management, technology deployment.

 Drive end to end Tender management, pricing, documentation, software implementation

and enhancement coordination.

 Proactively facilitating, re-engineering, best practices & consensus between functional

experts (Sales & Marketing, Operations, Finance, and IT)

 Master data management

 Customer Service

 Managing Price Difference Credit Note (PDC) process, liaising with third party handling

this process from overall governance point of view to ensure the processes are being

followed., issue resolution for dealers’ queries.

 Coordination of PRIs - process the product returns from the customers by following up

with the warehouse and the sales team.

 Interacting with entire sales force for ensuring the compliance part of all commercial

processes, conducting regular trainings including new recruits’ trainings

 Project Management & DATA Analytics

 Manage assigned data flows & dashboards.

 Train users on using these dashboards.

 Identify opportunities for automation best practices & analytics opportunities

 Improve customer experience with assigned reports

 Independently drive or support assigned analytics project

 Develop & define project scope, Project Budget, Resource plan, Interdependencies,

Operational & executional plans & Integrated schedule

 Other

 Prepare, report, and communicate key KPIs to management – new dealers appointment,

selection, onboarding and overall governance.

 Work with the extended support team in preparing basic MIS, communicating the MIS to

the sales teams on a daily/ weekly basis

 Develop advanced MIS for the franchise to enable them make data driven decisions

 Communicate daily/ weekly with National Sales Managers and Regional Sales

Managers to monitor sales performance and track potential shortfalls.

 Requirements

 - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.

 - Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the pharma, medical industry.

 - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

 - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

 - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

 - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
