Credit Research Analyst

Location: Pune, India Department: Fixed Income

Join a global Fixed Income department as a key member of the Corporate Credit Research team. You will partner with Portfolio Managers to identify market inefficiencies and translate credit insights into strategic risk exposures. This role spans the full credit spectrum, including Investment Grade, High Yield, and Emerging Markets.

• Fundamental Analysis: Conduct deep-dive diligence on issuers, including complex financial modeling, industry trends, ESG factors, and covenant analysis.

• Investment Conviction: Develop independent ratings and investment views on performing and distressed credits using proprietary frameworks.

• Portfolio Partnership: Present real-time updates and "new issue" analysis to senior investment teams to guide portfolio positioning.

• Market Networking: Build and maintain a robust network of sell-side, buy-side, and industry contacts to sharpen research accuracy.

• Global Integration: Work within a unified team across major financial hubs like London, New York, and Singapore.

• Direct Impact: Regularly present sector-specific insights and issuer research to senior decision-makers.
