Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist serves as the technical expert for the bank’s highest-value credit facilities. Utilizing Finastra’s Loan IQ, you will translate complex legal credit agreements into digital deal structures, managing the entire lifecycle of syndicated and bilateral loans.

1. Complex Deal & Facility Boarding (The "Input")

• Review signed Credit Agreements and Amendments to extract key data points (margins, tiers, fees, and participants).

• Build and maintain complex deal hierarchies in Loan IQ, ensuring accurate mapping of borrowers, guarantors, and lending syndicates.

• Configure specialized loan types including Revolvers, Term Loans, Swinglines, and Letters of Credit (LCs).

2. Lifecycle Event Management (The "Maintenance")

• Execute daily operational events: Drawdowns, Rollovers, Repayments, and Prepayments.

• Manage Interest Rate Fixings (e.g., SOFR, LIBOR transitions, or Base Rate) and ensure automated notices are sent to borrowers.

• Administer Fee Accruals including commitment fees, facility fees, and agency fees, ensuring accurate calculation and collection.

3. Syndication & Agency Services

• Act as the Administrative Agent for syndicated deals, coordinating communication and cash flows between the borrower and the participant banks.

• Manage "Secondary Market" activity by processing trade assignments and ensuring Loan IQ reflects current lender positions
