Support pre-close documentation for moderately complex to complex commercial loans

Identify opportunities to improve loan closing processes and workflows

Perform moderately complex legal activities related to loan documentation, including documents from third-party sources, internal teams, and corporate legal groups

Review and prepare complex loan documents

Work under guidance from a supervisor and escalate non-routine issues as needed

Review and negotiate complex legal documentation, assess risks, and implement strategies to mitigate documentation risks

Identify and recommend procedural improvements

Collaborate with the Commercial Loan Closing team and interact with internal stakeholders

1+ year of experience in Commercial Loan Closing support, or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education
