Role Description:The candidate will report to a Private Client Admin Team Manager and provide support to the Private Client Sales force. The Private Client Administration team acts as operational generalists and as a liaison between Sales, Portfolio Management, and Operations. The PCA plays a key role in nearly all aspects of the Private Client Business and will be responsible for servicing a designated client base. The candidate will play an integral role in the day-to-day servicing of Private Client accounts.
Key Responsibilities:Achieve KPI targets (TAT and accuracy) across all activities.
Opening various types of new accounts and facilitating client onboarding.
Initiating the opening of Alternative Investment accounts.
Setting up Philanthropic Impact Fund accounts and maintaining in-depth knowledge of products.
Addressing client inquiries regarding new account opening and statement delivery quality control.
This role offers exposure to multiple areas within Private Client Operations and provides an opportunity to learn and grow within the department.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Accounting, Business, or Finance.
3 years of experience in the financial services industry.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
7:00 PM to 3:30 AM for the first 4 months
6:00 PM to 2:30 AM for the subsequent 8 months
