About Macro Business Management

Barclays has long been a recognised leader in rates and foreign exchange products, and we combine this strength

with our focused commodities derivatives and local emerging markets businesses. Our teams, based in financial

hubs across the globe, can assist clients with anticipating the impact of macro market moves and events on their

portfolios. For example, the impact of central bank interest rate decisions on currency markets, or the relationship

between the price of oil and the performance of emerging market currencies.

Key Accountabilities

The candidate would be supporting the Global Macro Business Management team as part of Macro BM team,

Mumbai Markets BM team is responsible for producing business critical MIS reports, Business Strategy

presentations, Business Performance reviews, Revenue Forecasting Models, Budgeting Models and performing

ad-hoc customized analysis. The candidate would work with the team globally and the role will require the

candidate to work during EMEA hrs

Person Specification

 Graduate Willing to work in EMEA hrs, as per the business requirement

 Good understanding of Markets Business and financial markets

 Experience of creating, enhancing and producing Business MI

 Good MS Excel knowledge

 Experience in creating visualization tools in Tableau/Qlikview/QlikSense

 Good to have coding skills in VBA and Python

 Strong Analytical Skills

 Excellent communication skills (oral/written)
