As an Associate Loan Servicing Representative with a leading global financial services institution, you will support a variety of essential loan administration functions. This entry-level operational role focuses on processing disbursements, reviewing requests, preparing loan demands, and handling re-conveyances. You will serve as a key point of contact for routine customer, vendor, and partner inquiries while contributing to process improvements within established operational guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Disbursement & Processing: Review and process routine loan disbursement requests, prepare loan demands, and assist with re-conveyance documentation.

• Inquiry Handling: Respond to written and phone inquiries of low-to-moderate complexity from customers, title companies, third-party vendors, and internal business partners regarding loan statuses and servicing procedures.

• Operations Support: Perform daily functional tasks, including transaction research, document review, and insurance claim processing.

• Process Improvement: Identify and recommend opportunities to streamline workflow processes within established policies.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with immediate team members, receive guidance from supervisors, and escalate complex issues or high-level customer concerns to senior team members when necessary.

Qualifications & Shift Requirements

• Required: 6+ months of experience in loan servicing or a related financial operations environment (or equivalent experience gained through relevant training, military service, or higher education).

• Desired: Strong attention to detail, basic research skills, and clear communication abilities.

• Shift Timings: Night Shift (5:30 PM to 7:30 AM window).
