Analyst

Job Description:

• Invoice Generation: Create and send clear, itemized bills or invoices using digital accounting, platforms, daily invoice run, consolidated invoicing

• Dispute Resolution: Fix billing errors or price mismatches

• Submission of Invoices through different portals and manually to customers daily

• Customer creation assistance

• Enter all orders and quotes for the different countries on time

• Assist in meeting the TAT and to complete the volumes as per business requirement.

• Maintain and exceed quality as per agreed SLA

• 1 -2 years of experience in one of the following areas: Order Management/Processing, Invoicing/Billing, Dispute Resolution, Customer Service, Sales Support

• SAP Knowledge – Order Entry, Invoicing/Billing and Enquiry

• Hands on experience on Microsoft Excel

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast paced, high-pressure environment

• Proven time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines

• Ability to identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions
