AI/ML Engineer

What candidate will do

● Understand business problems and convert them into AI / ML solutions.

● Work with product, QA, and program teams to clarify requirements.

● Design training approaches and ML pipelines for the given use cases.

● Select the right model and algorithm for each problem.

● Train, evaluate, and improve models using clear metrics.

● Handle changing priorities. Pivot quickly when needed.

● Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes in a simple way.

● Support deployment and production readiness with the wider team.

What we are looking for:

● Strong Python skills. Good grasp of core concepts and coding practices.

● Hands-on experience with AI / ML frameworks in Python.

● Practical knowledge of model types and methods.

● Good judgement in choosing algorithms based on data and goals.

● Solid understanding of statistics used in ML.

● Experience in designing model training plans and experiments.

● Ability to explain technical topics to non-ML stakeholders.

● Strong ownership and execution mindset.

● Comfortable working in agile teams and fast cycles.

Good to have:

● Knowledge of AWS services used for data and ML workloads.

● Good knowledge in effective prompt engineering and vibe coding.

● Web development to present the model outcomes as easy to interpret visualizations.

● Understanding of CI / CD concepts for ML or software delivery.

● Exposure to MLOps practices, monitoring, or model lifecycle management
