• The Associate Scientist in the Materials team plays a key role in executing assigned tasks related to shipment and sample management.

• Manage end-to-end shipment and sample-related activities within APAC R&D (Materials).

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of sample shipments, including documentation for both export and import of materials.

• Collaborate with requesters and logistics personnel to gather all required shipment and customs documentation.

• Prepare and provide all necessary documents for customs clearance.

• Coordinate with shipment vendors, Custom House Agents (CHA), and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth clearance and streamline shipping operations.

• Handle payments to shipment vendors, including processing and verification of tax invoices.

• Manage raw material samples, including segregation, sampling, labeling, dispatch to external laboratories, and proper disposal when required
