EOS MSP
Account Executive
This role will report into Supply Chain Finance Assistant Manager, working closely with finance and business stakeholders for fixed asset accounting and evaluation, analysis of supply chain expenses, SOX and internal audit compliances, accounting for scrap sales and e-invoicing.
Detailed responsibilities:
Fixed asset accounting
Review of routine capital appropriation requests (CAR) including preparation of NPV model, assistance in preparation of CAR deck working with business teams
Ensure compliant documentation for CAR requests in gCraft tool
Work closely with GS finance team to assist in IO creation for all capital requests
Work with different departments for monthly capitalisation of fixed assets, quarterly impairment assessment, and prepare final report basis confirmation from stakeholders
Scrap Sales Analysis / E Invoicing
Work closely with plant teams to check invoices of scrap sales, preparation of journal entry to account for scrap sales.
Routinely help in creation of scrap sale E-invoices and Half yearly reconciliation and analysis.
Assist in GST reporting and filing in relation to scrap sales.
Analysis of Supply Chain project expenses
Monthly analysis of supply chain expenses and bucketing as required
Reclass of supply chain expenses to appropriate buckets
Prepare BVA report for supply chain project expenses
Analysis of Variances & Preparation of Journal Entries
Assisting in monthly Journal Entry creation for purchase price variances, reclass of expenses and inter company profits adjustment.
Monthly analysis for conversion cost variances on subcontracted manufacturing.
Assisting in invoice creation and analysis of cash discounting for subcontracted vendors
SOX / Internal Audit compliances
Work closely with the local GS, Compliance and supply chain teams for various compliance related activities and deliverables including statutory audit, tax audit and internal audits.
Qualifications
Required Minimum Education: Bachelors or Equivalent
Required Years of Experience: 2-3 Years
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Microsoft Office, Finance and Accounting
knowledge
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
o Experience in FP& A area
o Good communication skills with the ability to flex inter personal style
appropriate to different levels and stakeholders
o Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office is required as minimum
o SAP experience preferred
